SOS Haircare are another success story for our retail agency The Good Food Group. They’re a brand we have continued to work with on their retail strategy and account management.

Who are SOS and what makes them stand out?

SOS Haircare first launched in the beginning of 2019, wanting to give something different to the market and haircare industry. At the time, the industry was dominated by tablets and gummies- this is where SOS reimagines haircare.

Their hair cocktails are a blend of 13 key ingredients, with 5 grams of active ingredients per serving. They come in four flavours: Peach Punch, Pink Lemonade, Mojito and Raspberry Daiquiri. These cocktails make taking vitamins and looking after your hair more enjoyable.

What has their journey been with The Good Food Group?

The Good Food Group supported the haircare company to launch into Boots, after creating a bespoke 2-week plan building the pricing and packaging for the retailer. The team worked quickly and effectively to get the products retail ready.

A Hero Product: Pink Lemonade

Talking about expanding the SOS range further, and possibly teasing at new products to come soon, Danny mentions “We would like to obviously branch out into different flavours, but we’ve done it before and you know we’ve got the favourites. Even when we’ve brought out new flavours, people are always going the the Pink Lemonade- It’s our hero product.”

SOS’s Pink Lemonade Hair Cocktail, has proved a massive hit with customers across the country. The flavour even won them “Best New Hair Product” at the Pure Beauty Awards London 2019.
